You can tell a first-class organization by the quality of its customer support, in this instance Rachel Weeks, Account Representative 2. She coordinated the efforts of 3 Guidant departments to resolve a complex problem related to SBA loan documentation for our corporation within an incredible 48 hours. Ms. Weeks proved to be a problem solver with excellent communication skills who thoroughly understands the company’s operations.
