I had a frustrating experience with this company, mainly due to a call with a representative named Dory. She informed me the call was recorded, but then insisted everything I said was binding because of the recording, which made no sense. When I tried to clarify, she became argumentative, and the conversation quickly turned into a heated exchange. I felt dismissed and made it clear to other representatives that I didn’t want to deal with her again. This unprofessional interaction left me with a very negative impression of the company.

Bonneville doesn’t purchase debts from their creditors. My dad worked with Matt and he went around and avoided answering all of the questions my dad asked. They claim I owe over $500 for a medical bill that the medical provider has no record of it NOT being paid. It was paid through the provider and Bonneville is still trying to make me pay it through them plus the insane fees that they’ve racked up over the last year and a half. Scam of a collection agency

Spoke on the phone with Matt. He was very professional and willing to set up an affordable payment plan for a hospital bill we didn't know we owed. Everybody has to work, these people are just doing their jobs. Give them a break.

If these guys buy your debt. Just declare bankruptcy they’re the absolute worst. I had chemotherapy debt that was spread across multiple bills. Almost everyone was willing to work with you except these guys. They’ll garnish you without hesitation. Take the bankruptcy

Illegal debt collection practices. This company is in clear violation of CFPB laws and regulations. Will NOT provide written agreements or payment contracts. Do not dispute your debt with TransUnion, as this company will report the debt as new and it will destroy your credit score.

They won't take anything but the full amount. I felt like I was being pressed by a gangster. Over a medical bill, absolutely disgusting.

Completely unorganized and very unhelpful when collecting debts that are disputed, meaning I am the wrong person to go after for the debt. The employee laughed and was rude as if I owed this debt. I get it, people lie all the time but there are legitimate disputes, and I EXPECT respect as I've never OWED a debt collector a DIME!

I wish I could give less than one star. I don't know how any of you sleep at night. Took me to small claims court over a medical bill valued less than $250, then charges me for the court processing fee, AND 3% for paying via card. So, Thank you for nothing.
