Sandra is the only human person here. I’ve been trying to reach the office for a payment for the past 2 weeks and no one picked up. I called all day when I got paid and nada. Only to be told I need to double pay due to their lack of picking up a phone. Sandra needs to be in charge

I get your collecting a debt, but Jesus christ get some manners and respect

They would not accept my $5.00 dollars a month payment offer.

A Bonneville agent called me and acted like I owed her a personal debt as she was rude and arrogant about me paying it back. It's only $180. No need to get belligerent, but she did anyways. I told her I would pay it in full the following month but that wasn't good enough for her. These people are trained to be aggressive. Nah, that's not gonna work.

Spoke with Sandra who has no decency on respect for people dealing with money issues what so ever. Felt implied to ask me about money when I could not pay a medical fee that was due but I have the money to pay it now, yes Sandra since it’s your concern I had to borrow money to pay it off. Who are you to question where I got the money from. And apparently she is not a representative (even though they say let me transfer you the representative who is taking care of this) I asked for her last name to write this review she would not give it to me saying she could not give that information out but ended up giving it to me at the end only because her name is stamped all over my emailed paperwork. I would like a different representative, someone who is a little more considerate. Thanks Bonneville. Guess you hire whoever you can.

These people are suing me for hospital bills from when I had my baby and he was in NICU for a week. What kind of person can do this job and sleep at night?

I was young and dumb bought a car through a sketchy car lot like 8 years ago they bought the debt from cap Ed and now are garnishing my wages didn't receive any notification only found out from my checkstub

They spam called for a medical debt that I had no help working on for payments. Proceeded to stop calling and falsely said the served me for small court. Just found out about it because of a garnishment a year later. My suggestion, Lawyer up if these fraud artists call you, because I sure am.

Kept harassing me about a debt i did not owe. Told me to call back when i got my confirmation number... I did. Then they tell me to bring them a picture of my receipt... GFY

They told me twice on 2 separate occasions that my insurance had it paid for. come to find out months later it wasn’t, when I tried to solve the issue with the unnecessary interest-rate that was applied I was treated with rudeness and heartless behavior. Perfect example of why Americans hate American health care. Not much else to say

Very threatening and refused to work out a payment arrangement. Stating my account was already pass due

After a year of dealing with these absolutely heartless losers, my opinion hasn't changed a bit. Hannah is a very disrespectful person and acts like she can't explain things like an adult. Told me false settlement things and now that I'm trying to capitalize on that not even 2 weeks later, its "no longer an option". They never, EVER mentioned it had to paid in full for the settlement to work. They just want MORE MONEY OF COURSE. They do not give a single **** how you're struggling as long as they get paid. Disgusting business full of losers. Michelle is the only person in that building with an IQ above room temperature. Everyone else in that building can't tell their left foot from their right. Michelle is the only reason this is a two star
