I have reluctantly changed my review, to whopping 2 stars. I had a terrible experience with this business because I simply wanted to set up some kind of ACH/auto draft for a medical bill. This company is based out of Utah. All the people I talked to in Utah were somehow unable to accomplish me setting up a payment plan. Finally talked to someone at the local branch and am set up on a payment plan. If you are having issues they the direct line to their Idaho branch as Utah was ZERO help. Maybe lack of training????

No one wants to be in a collections situation. Upon moving homes in the summer, a physicians office wasn’t able to locate our new address for a service in June, they then transferred the bill for $103 dollars to Bonneville in September. Unfortunately without an address to send a bill I wasn’t aware of the situation until this last weekend when I signed up for a credit monitoring agency. Upon learning the medical office was unconcerned of my circumstances I contacted Bonneville. I was anxious to call as I have not dealt with an agency before, but upon speaking to Dori there, and paying of course, she not only made the process as painless as it could be, but also helped me deal with the underlying credit reporting issue in the first place. Even without that grace, she was professional, listened, and was understanding that I wasn’t trying to avoid paying the office or their agency, I was just unaware of it. I’m sure not all circumstances can go this way, but I am appreciative to Dori and Bonneville.

every time they call me they ask me 20 questions on why i can’t pay them today or how i pay any of my other bills or how i put gas in my car. this place is freaking ridiculous. and they are so FREAKING rude.

Laurie was super helpful, explained everything to me in wonderful layman terms and helped me set up a payment plan that i could actually do, after my initial payment payment. She was awesome and patient, i have her direct line to make future payments!

The lady from Bonnevile collections just called me and she was rude she said I have aoutstanding ball from 2001 i said to her you send me a copy of it I will look at it and from there she said she couldn't send it.and she said I also have one from 2011 I told her the same thing.she told me the name of the place I owe I said never been to that place and never had membership there. She got rude and I hung up on her.

Questionable business practices, harassment (meaning calling more than 3 times per day), when I had high bills with them I paid them but they refused to accept a payment agreement that were within state law, charging interest on medical bills that were not in the original medical service agreed contractual documents, almost all employees I have spoken with are rude and do not follow collection agency rules/regs/laws/policies. I cannot attest to anything other than medical as I did not owe anything other than medical. If you end up getting a bill sent to these people understand that any agreement made with them will not be held and they will refuse more than 2 times as given by law, nor will you receive a bill or proof of payment/s upon completion or on a monthly basis. I have one known bill that I was made aware of today as I never received anything prior to today and the bill is an incorrect amount owed as the medical office has stated to me. Don't trust them to assist you in anything.
After receiving a court filing on the incorrect amount (which is how I found out about the bill), the doctors office finally called them to correct it. At that time the order was dismissed and I was able to pay the bill without the lawyer fees. If anything, they at least have that as a plus. It took a few days but after 2 requests I finally received a proof of payment via email. I still won't give anything beyond the 1 star as they have yet to prove their practices have changed. My lawyer, and 2 others I went to, has stated their practices are filthy.

They allowed the person who serves notices to sign off on my notice because I wasn't home and they wouldn't allow my husband or sister-in-law to sign for me. I called to make a payment arrangement and I was promised my wages wouldn't be garnished. Well, checked my pay stub today and saw they STILL deducted 25% of my wages. People like myself who unfortunately have to live paycheck to paycheck can't live with $200+ being deducted evert check until the debt has been settled. I have a 10 year old and a sick mother-in-law to try to live with and take care of. You guys are a terrible company and are basically programmed to not care about everyone's individual situations. I'm not sure how any of you folks sleep at night, but I hope it's better than people like myself who have to struggle to make ends meet.

I used to work here before being fired because I was pregnant, they were terrified that I wasn't coming back to work after baby. Rich the operator is stubborn, selfish and lazy. I would not recommend doing business with the place nor ever working here.
