Bonneville collections is evil, it says so in their name. My son was making payments and they garnished his wages anyway. We are dirt poor as it is, their such jerks.

Terrible horrible place with heartless people who make others miserable for thier own gain. Anyone who works here is a horrible person.

WORST WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. They will call you during while at work, not leave a message or call back number. If they want a collection they just take it to sheriff without informing you in any way. Shady way to do business.

I know collection agencies are no fun, however they're just doing their job! I was able to work with bonneville and they were so helpful and friendly !! In such a stressful time they made me feel very hopeful so here is 5 stars for service! Thanks Dori!!

This collection agency is calling me at my work. My work did not give consent for this whatsoever, and this company is violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I'm not sure how they want to continue, but this may end up in a lawsuit.

I was working with one specific Case Manager to manage my account... she told me she would call me every other Friday (paydays) to collect however much I was willing to pay... she quit calling and all communication about 3mos ago.... I just got a notice about my wages "to be" garnished... I assumed I was in good standings which why she quit calling... guess she just didn't want to do her job. Tis the Season!!!

Worst company to justify debts. Even filed a formal complaint with the government credit services. They tend to harass people at work and at home. Get their names, and complain to the correct authorities to stop the harassing, and have them justify the debt from the original source.

They do not check there facts. They sued me being on disability for 10 years, they stated there records showed me still working, even after several letters to them telling them I had M.S. and on disability. How low will they go. Bottom feeders.how do you give a half a star

I wish I could put negative stars! Anyway, $xxx.xx owing, wouldn't take anything less than half, after receiving the first 3 calls - talking to 3 different rude & obnoxious individuals -> I blocked their calls. My records show that I was receiving 3-5 calls per day, including one where I work (which is illegal) talking to my supervisor stating they were a collection agency and needed to talk to - - - -. I was sued and now owe almost double the original amount. If I couldn't pay the amount they were demanding, how in hell am I going to pay the amount court ordered. As if my life isn't already financially destroyed..... (That's another story) This company, in my opinion, is appalling, abominable, disgusting, obnoxious, offensive, nauseating, attacking, aggravating, malicious, immoral, unethical, corrupt, underhanded, without guilt, merciless, cruel, unrelenting, relentless, inflexible, barbarous, unscrupulous, corrupt, inhumane, etc., etc., etc......
