Best attorney’s in town...

Stephen Nemc is my workers comp attorney and he is very knowledgeable and has seen me through a very difficult time and has protects my interest as an injured worker. His paralegal Nancy has been there for me too. Highly recommend!

I should start with thanking God for leading me and my family to the miraculous result when Susan Weeks represented us. Went through a previous attorney and my husband and I represented ourselves then others turned on us, we were spiraling down quickly. Susan Weeks was up to date and told us our story at our first meeting. I started crying because I was exhausted and financially drained and on the verge of losing both our properties. Her exceptional way of mastering very, very complicated over lapping attorneys against us is something I marveled at. I was at every hearing watching perfection at work. I will be eternally grateful and thankful to of gone to James, Vernon & Weeks. Totally changed my life and would recommend very highly this firm in Coeur d' Alene.

I was denied for workers comp. On an injury that happened at work. I looked around and asked around for a good attorney that could handle this case for me. I was told James, Vernon & Weeks. They took my case with no problems. Was very nice and easy to work with. After only two weeks, they got me my workers comp. And got my surgery bills taken care of. If I were to run into another problem where I need help like this. I would go to jvw again.
