Great firm, helped me out a lot when I needed it.

James Vernon and week has helped a client of theirs Lewis Layman that cut his hand off and had it reattached Steven nemic in his paralegal Nancy has stood by them and his family for over 4 years and has done a wonderful outstanding job they're very professional my advice is if you're looking for an attorney that cares about you and your family as for the best interest for your future I suggest this Law Firm 100%

Melanie and Judy have been amazing with communication its been a little more challenging since I’m out of state. They both know there stuff! I’ve never been through this before and every question I’ve had they’ve been great at explaining everything and they always get back to me very fast. Melanie is very factual and kills it in the courtroom. Thank you both so much! I defiantly recommend them!!!

My ex and I used Melanie for mediation. We had two sessions. One 3 hours and one for 1 hour. Not only did Melanie clearly side with my ex, when he left the room she talked down to me and told me how I was going to lose and not like the outcome if we went in front of the judge. She also teamed up with my ex and made me change everything I wanted and he got most of what he wanted. It was rediculous. Not only that but when we finally had agreed she told us she would have it typed and ready the next day (a Friday) or Monday at the latest. She never called Friday, or Monday. A week later and I call to see what’s happening and her assistant tells the receptionist to tell me they’re working on it, I leave a message anyways with my call back number and no call back. Next week goes by and still nothing. I call again and leave a message, no call back. Finally I call on a Friday 2 and a half weeks after the appt and they say they’ll have it Monday(today). I finally received a call back saying the papers were ready to be reviewed and signed. ALMOST THREE WEEKS LATER. After we had to pay for the hour it would take her to type it all up because she told us it would be ready the next day NOT three whole weeks later. Super unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere.

Hands down the best lawyer in North Idaho! Asked for Melanie she was amazing and I could not recommend anyone else. Her experience, expertise got me more time with my son and improved my life. Her straightforward attitude and demeanor helped with my faith that with the correct people the legal system works. I could not recommend anyone better. This father has rights. Great service!

I called 3 times and got a "we don't have time for you" response. Government found me permanently disabled, maybe your office should actually meet with people before you make a judgement in 5 minutes.
