Great law firm who works hard for their clients.

We went here hoping that due to high ratings, this office would be the place to go for custody mediation-Wrong. The guy, Scott Hall, was unprofessional, showed up late and wouldn't acknowledge the entire group. He didn't go over the paper work we sent at all, basically had no background on our situation and dismissed the paperwork (had copies with us). He also said since my husband was a father, he couldn't get any better then more summer days. Tried to waste our time by saying he was acting as judge and we weren't going to get any better so we should just accept 4 more days.He also brought up some unethical things like paying off doctors to say what you want them to say. The secretary was more helpful and polite. Don't recommend this place at all. Not worth your money and waste of time.

We have had Weston work on several cases and he has done a great job for us.

Weston did an amazing job for me and my divorce case. I was specific in what I expected, and he made sure to stick with my wishes throughout the entire process. His office was very helpful with any questions that arose. I would recommend him to anyone.

Weston did an amazing job with a customer collections case that was a year old when he picked it up. He was able to not just get 100% of what was owed, but also a good portion of the attorney fees recovered. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism that he demonstrated in working the case. I plan on sending any future collection issues his way.

He welcomed us as frustrated, heartbroken, angry divorcing couple and sent us on our way hopeful and ready to enter into a co-parenting relationship. I would highly recommend using Weston Davis for litigation needs. His office was quick to respond and act on my calls and the collecting of information needed for my case. Weston gave me a clear picture of how my case would most likely unfold and let me decide which battle was worth fighting for. He was very realistic in what results I was going to get. And my case unfolded pretty much as he said it would. He did what he said he would do and I was pleased with the results.
