Weston has been an amazing attorney. The legal system can be convoluted, draining, confusing and lean toward high emotions. Weston was involved in every step and would not engage in the stereo typical pig pen lawyer mentality. He has integrity, commitment and an extensive knowledge base that proved to be beyond valuable.

This was the first time in my life I have ever needed help from a lawyer. This law firm was recommended by a friend which was a good start. Not knowing what to expect, I was more than a little nervous, being on the wrong end of a personal injury case. Soon after the necessary information was discussed I was told that Mr. Davis was going to work with me. For the next several weeks I was in constant contact with Mr. Davis via email ,letter, and phone calls, I felt I knew exactly what was going on , never in the dark. These are very stressful times, I don't wish this experience on anyone, but looking back on it, it was quite a learning experience. I was never promised a positive outcome, but I felt reassured that everything would be ok. Weston has a very calming demeanor. I was told that my insurance did not cover me for this particular accident. I thought any settlement would be out of my own pocket. In the end my insurance did pay the settlement , which was substantial, and the plaintiffs' insurance paid me for my injuries. I think both parties felt good about the outcome. I can't say enough good about Weston Davis and his abilities. I just hope I never have to call him again!
