I was in need of a lawyer at a very dark part of my life. I was served with divorce papers. I didn't know where to turn so I started reading reviews of attorneys and found Weston. Made a appointment, I was super impressed the moment I entered their office. The people where welcoming and very friendly. When I had my initial meeting with Weston he put me at ease, insured me that he would have my best interests in mind. He helped me in so many ways. He was all business in court, fighting for my rights. He knows the laws and fights for you. If you are in need of an attorney I highly recommend Weston Davis.

Mr. Davis is an excellent upfront, honest, knowledgeable attorney. He quickly dealt with my case and got a resolution to my issue within just a few days of retaining him.

This was my first experience needing a lawyer for a small claims case. Two paper services and a 10 minute appearance in court later this ended up costing me 3 times the initial estimate (in total around $1500). Awful customer service thereafter as well. After the case I paid my full ending bill although I was still needing to proceed with garnishment paperwork for the other party to pay for the the funds they owed me and the my court costs. Several emails later asking if I can proceed with obtaining the paperwork for the garnishment I found out my lawyer left that office and no one was willing to help me tie up the garnishment that was granted to me by the judge. I feel I wasn't helped because I had already paid. To make matters worse I am serving overseas so I cannot walk into their office and demand my case be fully completed, a fact I believe they took advantage of. Two stars is being generous. I wish I would've steered clear of this office and called around elsewhere.

Nelson Hall Parry Tucker has been amazing to work with. Yes we have had our ups and downs but that comes along with the journey of legal issues. I can honestly say that I did have some concerns and once the law firm was made aware of these concerns they really stepped up to the plate. I am currently working with Weston Davis and would strongly recommend him to anyone that is needing legal representation. Weston was a workaholic who got crap done. Everything was thorough and prepared. Which was clearly not the case with my Ex-Wife's attorney. I felt embarrassed for my Ex to see just how poor service she received from her attorney compared to mine. Would definitely recommend Weston!

Weston was great to work with. For someone who has never needed legal representation, I was intimidated by the process and afraid of being taken advantage of financially. Weston quickly calmed my fears and gained my trust. He was reasonably priced, personable, understanding and knowledgeable. He created a great plan for child custody and thought of things to further protect my son and I, that had never occurred to me. I felt like Weston had my best interest at heart and was happy to represent me. I did not feel taken advantage of and he was up front about things to save me on cost. Billing was easy to work with. I recommend Weston to anyone who needs an attorney!

As with most people, the thought of getting a lawyer to help me recoup a loss caused by a bad tenant was frightening. I wondered how long would this take? How much would I have to pay? Would there be any benefit in the end? Weston stepped right in and made the process simple and effortless - (for me anyway) He communicated with me many times during the process to bring me up to speed or to let me know what changes if any needed done. I was able to recoup the money I had lost and even more than I had expected. I would highly recommend Weston to anyone looking for legal help. He did an amazing job!!

I initially visited this firm seeking help from a different attorney with specific experience. Our schedules did not agree but Mr. Davis was able to help me. I could not have been more pleased. Mr Davis communicated well with me and the other parties, quickly completed the work I needed done, and achieved the resolution I needed and expected. I appreciated his approach to my problem as well. He sought a mutually beneficial agreement, but when the other party refused, quickly got the issue before a judge for a favorable ruling. Based on my experience, I do not hesitate to recommend Mr. Davis.

Mr. Weston aided me in getting a good outcome for my divorce. He was aggressive when needed, and looked at each situation to determine the best course. He knew the law and was able to apply it effectively to keep me safe and defend me and my families rights. He also let me know up front if a situation was worth fighting about or not.

Weston was really good at letting me know what was going on with my case. He tried to keep my stress level down and I really appreciated that. He was very helpful when I had questions and concerns. I really appreciated what he did and has done with my case. I am really glad that I found a lawyer who actually stood up for me and was willing to fight for what was in my daughter's best interest.
