I notice that the only ones giving these people a satifactory rating are people who use them to collect money. I guess if you don't mind the rudeness of those doing this business for you, they might get the job done. If I could give no stars I would. No signage on the actual law office. I had to search for it. We agreed to a settlement amount. Paid it. They refused to give us any letter stating that the debt was paid. Betty told me that they don't send out letters. Then she proceeded to belittle me for having had to deal with them to begin with. She suggested that me asking for a formal letter declaring the debt paid satisfactorily was me not trusting them. For being an attorneys office, they certainly don't act professionally (and that is putting it nicely).

Mr. Tilley was hired by my family to represent my son in a complicated criminal/divorce case. My son was going through a very difficult divorce and was falsely accused of domestic violence by his ex-wife to gain an advantage in the custody/divorce case. Mr. Tilley took the criminal matter to jury trial and got an acquittal. Then he was able to get a fair equal split of custody of my grandson. Mr. Tilley helped my son have the courage to fight against the false accusations when my son felt like giving up. I cannot recommend Mr. Tilley enough for this type of case.

Dishonest to say the least and that's putting it nicely. I've never had this much of an issue with any other collection agency or dealt with any employees of a collection agency that were as disrespectful as these guys are. I don't expect empathy or or any type of heartfelt anything from a collection agency, but I do expect to be treated as a human being.

Collection Bureaus and collection agents are never popular, so the fact that there is negative feedback should not surprise anyone. We have had decent and successful experience using CBI Inc. to collect some unpaid debt owed to our business thus far and will continue to be clients.

Best Collection Source I have ever used! I have used many in my line of work and this company actually gets the money for you where others do not. Easy to work with and really understand and know their job! I will never use anyone else!

Unscrupulous and dishonest. Does not care about integrity, just wants to steal your money. Beware.

This is the biggest bunch of crooks you will ever meet taking on false debt and harassing and reporting false information to the credit bureau. Inform the attorney general,sec of state and BBB if you have same problems with this unethical business. Collecting a debt is one thing if it is legitimate but I asked several times when they called to send me the proof of the debt and until 3 weeks after I filed a BBB complaint I got a bunch of fabricated lies on paper that I will now share with the attorney General on this unethical Business. I would not hire these people to do anything

I have filed my complaint with the BBB. They keep contacting me by phone despite never giving permission to do so. Requested debt validation and still they called me. Taking it to a whole new level.

I don't know why these people state they take any pride in recovering funds! There tactics are shameful to say the least. Calling employer HR Dept., calling you at work. First they bill you amount you owe. You dispute it, decide to pay in full; but, when you call do to so.....ready for this....it's hundreds more in so called legal fees, court costs because unbeknownst to you, you are now being sued over a $90 non-payment of a medical bill. Now you owe over $400! If you had troubles paying $90 how to they expect you to pay the additional amount?????? I was told my pay would be garnished! Not if I don't have a job which is what will happen if garnishment is attempted!

I dealt with Ryan and he was really helpful and pleasant, not rude at all and totally professional. :)

What an awful place. I have no idea how they are in business. If you call and get Amber, please, ask for someone else. She was exceptionally rude when I was the one calling her trying to figure it out because I had been told that it was paid and never should have been sent to collections. I was then told that I had by 5pm that day to pay the bill or else I would be sued. I'm sure glad I called in to figure it out only to be threatened and treated horribly. If you are a business owner, please stop giving them your business. Anywhere else would be the best option.
