We worked with Michael J. Murphy and Jolyn Schiola and they were both extremely helpful and come highly recommended! We were first-time homebuyers, and they were great about breaking things down for us and offering help and advice when necessary. They were also very quick to respond. We always felt like we were being taken care of. Highly recommended!

OUTSTANDING service - w/o the Piercey & Associates, Ltd, there is little chance closing would have occurred. Did I mention primary contact (behind the scenes employee, Jolyn Schiola). No, of course not, but she had all the documents available, explained what they were, value to the closing (which one's or process if not completed) would delay the closing. Professionalism presented at all times. Now, think of it as a partnership and as a past owner and client, you'll find the anxieties become manageable - any unknowns or issues you didn't anticipate are non-events. If you haven't contacted by the time you've got to this point of the review - then I don't know if anyone can help you.

Found this law firm thru my Hyatt legal plan. From start to finish the closing of our house went very smooth and without any issues. We closed two days after Christmas and all of the documents were prepared and ready the week prior. I would recommend this firm for your legal house needs.
