I worked with Jolyn on the closing of my mom's house and couldn't be more happy with the support and professionalism she provided. The buyer wanted a quick close and the house was in a land trust which added additional complications. In addition, the buyer was aggressive in asking for closing credits and challenged some of the pro-rations. Jolyn was able to handle every item the buyer brought up and resolved them all in my favor. Great job Jolyn!!! I would highly recommend Jolyn, Mike and Piercey & Associates.

Working with Jolyn and Michael was a pleasure and definitely helped with all the anxiety with purchasing our first home! They made sure to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood everything that was happening and kept us up to date with the whole process!! Michael J. Murphy of Piercey & Associates, Ltd has just completed the sale and closing of my 14th property. Michael has completed my last 3 closings and is the reason I do not attend the closings on Real Estate...There is no need with Michael & Piercey & Associates involved.
