After a stressful day of trying to find an attorney, Aaron gave me the best FREE advice on our commercial lease. Was super pleasant and honest. He did not have to stay on the line when he figured he couldn't take on the case but he took his time to explain certain laws to me and options we could take I've never experienced an attorney who would do that! Aaron was very helpful in breaking a lease for an unsafe living conditions. After quickly reviewing the lease, he was confident he could break the lease as the proper disclosures were not included. Aaron was very professional, confident and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great tenant lawyer!

Aaron is fantastic! When we needed to break our lease due to excessive noise issues, Aaron looked at our lease for free and was honest in what he could do. We paid his fee upfront a month ahead of when we planned to move out and he followed through. He was always quick to respond to our questions and looked out for us during the entire process. Within a minute of speaking to Aaron he explained why I didn't have a case. Even though this obviously wasn't what I wanted to hear, it was clear in his quick citing of nuances in the law that he knew what he was talking about and didn't want to waste anyone's time or money. Sounds like the person who gave him 1 star earlier today didn't hear what she wanted to either and took it out on Aaron instead of respecting his directness.

Flanagan Bilton has a knowledgeable staff of attorneys and associates who vigorously advocate for their clients. Everyone there is very personable and will treat you like a member of their family. Even still they are very professional and has a way of communicating complex property tax matter for anyone to be able to understand. I highly recommend.

Tom has a team of lawyers across the entire country, which makes it easy for us to get quick feedback when acquiring properties in different states. They always do a great job of providing accurate and transparent valuation predictions, and they do an equally awesome job tackling the appeal process throughout all the different counties for our projects.
