Melissa White has horrible customer service as an attorney. I was super excited to partner with this company to help with my debt and had a wonderful experience all the way up until it was time to speak with her. I tried scheduling an appointment to speak with her at which I gave her a time to call. Never received a call at the set time. When I tried to reschedule she questioned “ Is this really a good time for you? What happened to the call yesterday?” Seems like she didn’t care for me to move forward in the process and reschedule the appointment. Very unprofessional in her responses. I also asked for a different attorney and said no.

While I appreciate what they’ve done to reduce my debt, now that I’m struggling and want to withdraw from my account LIKE THEY SAY YOU CAN they’re making me feel like crap about it. I get I’m almost done with the program. But I need the money to cover things due to losing my job recently. I’m trying to get back on my feet and it’s HARD around the holidays. I know it’s going to set me back. If I had other options I’d use them. But I don’t. Literally crying on the phone about it and she made me feel like complete crap. Finally just hung up. They don’t care about their customers one bit. Great, I’m going to be debt free in February. But I probably won’t have my home anymore. A few weeks to get back on my feet with my new job and then I could make larger payments to not get me so off track. It didn’t matter. Told her all of it and was still judged for wanting to withdraw. I NEVER would recommend them to anyone with customer service like that.
