Hard lesson learned. 13 Months and 0 debts paid off :-O Turnbull's main focus is on the fees you pay first with your accounts. They negotiate on your behalf and then you pay % from the origional larger balance to them before they start making payments to the debt. I've paid to them over 4K and 0 of my accounts have been paid off. I would highly suggest not using them!! I'm sure this works over the long run; however, just make the calls yourself to your debters and negotiate terms. That's all they are doing for you. I have cancelled the accounts with them that my fees are not paid in full and will complete the ones I currently have paid all their fees for. I hope this helps you.

Worst decision I’ve ever made. They told me multiple times that they received my documents. Well they actually are now claiming they never did and I’m in more legal BS than ever. I’ve been trying to contact a lawyer. Which you are paying for and no communication at all. Never recommending your service and I’ll make sure that no on me I know will ever use these services

I had a positive experience with the immigration attorney at this office, who was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping me with my case. However, my interactions with the front desk staff, specifically Malina, have been disappointing. Each time I’ve called, I’ve encountered a rude and dismissive attitude, with responses that felt unhelpful and sarcastic. It’s unfortunate that Malina is so uneducated and often tries to belittle people by saying things like, ‘I work with lawyers.’ While she may work alongside attorneys, her behavior and lack of professionalism do not reflect the quality of service expected at an otherwise excellent firm. I hope this issue can be addressed, as it impacts the overall experience.

I used Mr.Khalid Hasan to represent me in a property purchase. He is Excellent, highly competent attorney who will give your case the attention it deserves from start to finish. I would be happy to be represented by him in my next property purchase or sell.

So I have been with the Turnbull program for over a year and a half. This worked so well coming from someone who struggled paying 5 creditors at once. Yes you pay them to take the reins on your behalf but in my opinion, it was worth it. The phrase Trust the Process couldn’t be more true. I had some serious doubts and thought it was a fake company. Checked with the BBB, read review (didn’t believe them). Since I couldn’t contact my creditors I would request to be sent the settlement letters so I could physically see actions take place. Communication is not their strong suit but I will say I was approved for an acceleration loan and I’ve had my second settlement amount in a week, once that money is in there upfront (not over time) things move! Again, this program worked for me. I paid my dues, I followed the instructions and now I see a light at the end of my tunnel being 30k of debt. It is frustrating how much goes to fees but there’s no easy way out of anything and nothing comes for free. I got myself into the mess and they helped me get back out! Thank you Turnbull, I feel like I can breathe again!!
