They are incredible. Worked with my payments when I was out of work for surgery. They have answered any questions I had. I recommend them. I am seeing all these negative reviews and I haven't really had that experience....and hope I don't. My program is supposed to be completed by December this year. I haven't had any of the creditors other than 1 reach out to me. But now the 1 has agree to settle although they continued to send my information to both credit bureaus. I am not bothered by that because I am now starting to rebuild my credit. I'm however looking forward to no longer being in the program so that monthly payment will help me monetarily. Hope this helps someone decide for themselves if this program is worth using.

Saved me from drowning in debt!

Not saving any money going this route. Settlement + fees = original debt. Call your creditors yourselves and negotiate a payment you can afford. This group will let you go to litigation before even attempting to settle.

Poor communication as to what and where this money that they keep taken out of my bank account and my debit isn't being taken care of.

So far I can't complain, in just a shot time, I've had 3 accounts resolved from 8 total accounts. Thanks.
