Richard Magnone was the best attorney I have ever had represent me in a real estate transaction. I’ve worked with quite a few attorneys and Richard was the most thorough and apt at negotiating terms. He caught quite a few errors from the other side and also fought for and negotiated additional terms and credits I requested even when I was being aggressive. Every concession we asked for - we got - mostly due to Richard’s negotiations. He was also able to explain all the legal jargon very simply and thoroughly.
