I was having a very difficult experience with a bad tenant when it was recommended to me that I contact Rich Magnone. I cannot speak highly enough of Rich and his staff at Reda, Ciprian, Magnone, LLC. I didn't know where to turn, or what my legal rights and obligations were until I spoke with Rich. Rich guided me every step of the way, successfully assisting me through a very stressful and bad situation. Rich and his staff are extremely professional, honest, and highly dependable. I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Rich and his staff.

My wife and I went into contract on a supposed HAFA approved short sale. It turned out the sellers lender had not done all of their homework and the deal quickly became very complicated.
