Iana helped me and my wide with our Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. We had a lot of equity in our house that was in danger of being foreclosed on. She prepared a plan that was not only acceptable by the trustee and the judge but also affordable to us. She answered all our questions and prepared us for the 341 meeting which went very smoothly. During the five years of the plan, she was always on top of everything and made sure we were in compliance with all the conditions in our plan. We received a discharge and we were able to save the house. I always recommend her to everyone who might need legal assistance.

Attorney Trifonova handles all our legal corporate work, from forming entities and registering trade marks to drafting contracts and overseeing mergers and acquisitions. Ed is a terrific lawyer and person and he will always be my first choice to represent me on any legal matters that I have in the future.
