As a couple we decided we wanted to emigrate from Ireland to the US. My husband is a dual citizen between both countries however we knew I would need a spousal visa (I130) to join him. I hired Ilya to write up a Client Agreement for me and had a great experience. Most impressive was his attention to detail and how thorough he was start to finish. As a Nutritionist, I don't speak in legal terms so upon receiving the first draft of this Client Agreement, I was instantly overwhelmed. Made a mistake filing my Visa, leading to a denial, then tried to lie about it after I consulted 4 other attorneys who all told me it was attorney error. This is not a law firm, it’s a marketing company who have extortion fees but the fantastic marketing they have makes them seem more reputable, avoid.
