Started out great. Staff was friendly and seemed caring. But then they passed my case along to another firm who have completely dropped the ball and are letting the SOL run out. No updates, I’ve had to call to get any update and when I do they say the attorney will give me a call to go over where we are at and I have not heard from them not once. Very disappointed. Waste of everyone involved’s time.
