Brennan, the person I spoke with had absolutely the best customer service I have heard in a long time .. I have worked it and I know it's not an easy job so I like to give credit when it's due and that person has the ability to turn someone's bad day right around ..He spoke clearly and in a great tone he made sure I understand and understood what was actually going on he was sympathetic to my situations it was just an all around great interaction and I'm so glad to have been able to let someone know that Brennan is definitely an asset to the law firm . Jacob is a rockstar took me through the whole process, took time to listen even though it got a little emotional he was rock solid. I really appreciate the hard work that he has put in to make sure that my mom and I will be taken care of, and I have that assurance of him based on how he took care of me.

Jacob has been very nice through this whole process. I know I lost my mother 3 years ago, but it is still very hard. He was more patient with me then I had to be with him. Ask to speak with Jacob, definitely a caring soul.
