I closed on my first home. Viki was personable, informative, and responsive. She was patient as i stumbled through the process. She was was flexible with work hours and seemed to always be available, when needed. I appreciate my closing binder which, I've had to refer to a few times already.

We have had the pleasure of working with Themis both on the buy and sell side of real estate transactions. He is an outstanding attorney and great person. We had a very challenging set of circumstances around a failed initial closure for the purchase of our home. This led to him essentially doing all the work twice. He was very responsive both by phone and email. He is very knowledgeable in the field both for the city and the suburbs.

Themis was really great to work with on my first home purchase. He is very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He was always very on top of all relevant deadlines and advised me well on what were reasonable and unreasonable asks on both sides of the transaction. He was always very professional and so prompt in all of his communications and at the closing. I cannot recommend Themis and his team enough!
