Viki is an excellent attorney! I was a first time homebuyer and the process can be very confusing and daunting. Viki made herself available to answer all my questions and did a great job explaining everything along the way. We had a rushed closing with only 15 days to work everything out and Viki was on top of it the whole time. During the closing portion of the process she went over all of the documents with me in a way I was able to understand so I knew what I was signing and agreeing to. Viki is the real deal. She is both professional and relatable and gets results! I had a sellers transaction from hell - constant delays and issues and miscommunications from the buyer’ lender and attorney. I don’t believe I would have been able to close successfully if I didn’t have her as my attorney to adamantly advocate on my behalf , and push relentlessly to get the deal to the finish line.
