Themis came recommended from our Real Estate Agent, Lisa Zeller O'Malley. The two worked very well together to us to closing. We had a few hiccups concerning our buyer's contingencies, but Themis guided us through. Highly recommended.

We used Themis for our new home and could not have been happier with our experience. He is super friendly and explains everything in very easy-to-understand terms.
We had a bit of a closing dilemma due to a title company shutting down operations, and I truly believe had we not used him we would not have closed in time. He was very helpful , a fantastic communicator while staying calm and collected . Seriously could not recommend him enough !

We had the pleasure of working with Themis to close on our first home!
