The team at Real Law Group helped us with our residential real estate transactions - both the sale and purchase. They are an intelligent, straight-forward, no nonsense group who are experts at the process and in check with reality. They made it easy and did a good job negotiating items from inspections. On our sell, they were patient with the other side, who was being overly difficult. On our buy, we had an issue that went almost two months post closing. They kept working with us until it was fully taken care of.

I purchased a home in the area about 18-months ago. The real estate taxes on the property were prorated at close incorrectly based on assumed exemptions being available, they were not. This resulted in a significant gap between the taxes held in proration and the actual taxes paid for the tax year. I reached out to Vincent at Real Law Group after 18 months of back and forth with my closing attorney and the sellers. He was very responsive and professional in his dealings on the case and most importantly he was able to bring closure to the dispute in under two-weeks for the full amount due. I worked with Vince back in February to get a Financial and Medical Power of Attorney drawn up for my elderly father. Vince was able to turn the POA's around in about 2 hours late on a Thursday night. He even pointed out some issues with a previous Medical POA that was drawn up for me at the hospital my father was currently admitted at. Vince's response time and quick turn around helped a great deal and I would happily work with him again!
