Highly recommend, made our first time buying a home sweet and easy!

I was looking for a lawyer to close on my mother's townhouse. I did not use a realtor, because I sold it to someone that was already living in the house. Sarah Roth was very helpful and handled all the necessary paperwork I needed to close on it. The closing was effortless and smooth. I would recommended Sarah and her team!

As a first time home buyers, we literally had no idea about anything what we have to do. Also, I researched that in buying house, there were a lot of things that were hidden by the seller. I am not judging anyone, I am just telling what I learned through research. So everyone recommended me to have "Home" attorney when you are going to purchase the house so it would be really easy to going through with all steps. I know it's extra money to pay from your own pocket, but trust me purchasing the house of that amount and compare to this amount is nothing and most of time, you will save a lot of money in negotiating and all other stuff because Sara's team are the best. Also, they charge really affordable and fairly price so don't worry about that. Having them for me is grabbing a popcorn on my hands and go through the process. I didn't need to stress at all as Sara's team were taking all responsibilities for dealing all of the matters. Sara and her team were confident and persistent in supporting me to successfully negotiate the price including the house fixing stuff because the house was AS IS, but still Sara, Cari, and Vincent made it work. Cari is also friendly and realistic. She really helped me in all process and I appreciated her professionalism and thoroughness throughout this process. Thanks once again Cari, you are the best. First of all, one thing I really did enjoy was the communication. Throughout our application process, we had very limited access to meet because of work schedules. There were no problem with their team and was able to communicate through directly to phone and email to accommodate us. They helped us to review and guide us on what to do with all documents from the lender and sellers. When it came to closing time, I was super surprised and it wasn't what I expected at all. Throughout my whole life/career I constantly hear how people say closing is super stressful and is overwhelming. This wasn't the case at all, of course it was a lot of documentation but every piece was explained and Brian made it very easy to understand. Sara's team made the closing fun and comfortable and not strictly business. Overall it was an amazing experience and I really recommended Sara's team before you purchase any house. Thanks again Sara, Cari, Vincent and Brian for helping us. I always remember you in my prayers.

Vince was recommended by another real estate lawyer to help with tax appeals - called him up and unfortunately couldn't help me with that since I totally missed the boat on appealing years ago when I was supposed to, but super hilarious and conversational and instead of just hanging up after that he saw that we never filed for a homeowner's exemption and talked me through filing that. Saved me some $$ and plenty of laughs to boot. Definitely recommend!
