Peggy placed my child first and acquired positive results for my child’s long term needs. Peggy is an excellent lawyer with years of experience and knows child custody laws. I highly recommend her.

I have a rather normal child custody case that was transferred from a simpler IL county to Cook County, and immediately their system took over and relegated me and my children. The Cook County court system is an appalling place to be if you are required to need them for any judicial assistance for children. What I formerly was able to do myself to request assistance from a court became impossible there. I found Peggy Raddatz, and she immediately took control of my case and most importantly fought for my children. She managed to get my case finally moving forward, managed my expectations and behavior (and once again, if she did what I wanted to do then it would have been much worse), and had a thorough strategy that accomplished what we needed. She’s calm, can organize a large caseload, never forgot me, my children, or my case, and could discuss any of it at a moment’s notice at anytime over the past 18 months. She knew more about my case than I did, and she works extremely well with GALs and court staff. Ultimately, I was choosing an attorney with no help other than from online reviews, and my family is grateful for all of the assistance she has provided.

How this poor excuse of a lawyer has any stars is beyond me took 3500 up front never did anything for me. Always, wanted me to do whatever my ex council wanted. Was just as clueless as a child. Never told me any appointments was afraid of the GAL ERIN Wilson who is another one that shouldn't be envoled in any case involving children I waster 5k on both of them and I've seen my son 4 times inn1.5 years. I was better giving up custody bc she doesn't care about you as a person only a $ sign. If I ever got divorced again I wouldn't even let her represent me for free.

I was in serious financial trouble.There was only one way out,unless I won the lottery.I went to the most advertised on TV Bankruptcy law firm because they had an office 2 blocks from my residence.I own no property nor stocks/bonds therefore my case is what you'd call a very basic one.After 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room(no one else was in waiting room and only one other client was in with an attorney,an attorney finally came out to get me..he was a very nice man and we spent 40 minutes going over my situation.He quoted me a price of $2,000!! and the accomadation was "only have to give us $1200 to start and you can pay us $100 @ month till its paid off.I was taken back by that price but what do I know.Well,I learned a lot.My brother had used Chandraiah law firm a number of years ago and told me to call Sam.I met with Sam,found out there was a lot of stuff Peter's guy did not tell me.When Sam Chandraiah and I got done he told me what his fee was.It was $1,000 less than the famous TV guy!! I told him we had a deal.The next month was pretty much painless during this process.The pain was me having to find some necessary documents.Sam is honest,personable,and efficient.I recommend him and his firm without ANY hesitation.If ypu must go through this challenging ordeal do it with this guy.He will go out of his way to protect you and finalize the procedure and he talks to you,treats you, like a friend.
