Michael is great at what he does. He is very helpful and responsive. Also he understands the clients needs and is very willing and helpful when it comes to understanding legal verbiage. Michael assisted me with a purchase recently and made the process very seamless. I would recommend Michael for all types of legal matters. He is definitely my go to attorney.

Michael helped us with the sale of a rental house that we owned under an LLC. We had a few deals fall through due to issues with the buyers and COVID but Michael helped us through the process all the way. Highly recommend

I’ve now used Michael in 5 real estate transactions and the 6th will close next week. With each transaction, Michael has taken an active role in making sure things stayed on track and on schedule. When questions arose, he was there to answer them. When points had to be negotiated, his insight was valuable. When unanticipated matters came up (lender missing deadline) Michael was sending emails after 10pm to make sure things got resolved. It’s been great to not have to worry about getting to the closing with Michael. He makes real estate transactions easy.
