I can’t recommend this firm highly enough. Their experience working with families who have a disability is absolutely amazing. They are very helpful at guiding you thru the process of future planning , very knowledgeable, efficient and highly professional. Overall our experience getting things in order with the team at this firm was amazing. It was a very positive experience.

Working with Katie and her team was nothing short of amazing. Having spent the last 18 years navigating life with a special needs child has not been easy, yet the minute I talked to Katie I was so relieved and only wish I had found her and the team earlier. I have worked with two other attorneys for estate and special needs planning, no one came close to the level of service and expertise offered by Katie. It was obvious that not only is Katie an expert, she really cares about her clients and takes the time to answer questions and make very solid suggestions. I am forever grateful for the introduction to Katie Clancy a year ago. You know the old addage "You get exactly what you pay for"? It is true...so true. Ten years ago we made a choice to work with a "lesser expensive" attorney to draw up our son's SNT. We were given a swiss cheese document that affected his SSI eligibility (years of appeals with an attorney before he was given eligibility), and we were not given adequate information regarding the management of said trust. Did we make mistakes? We sure did. Did we ask our attorney to review the document he wrote and give us more guidance? Yes. He said that there was nothing wrong with the document, and gave us zero guidance. He did, however, send us another bill. Fast forward to the present, and we just completed a new Third Party SNT (along with our Wills, POAs, etc) with Katie Clancy & Associates in Lisle. We had two working meetings along with ample time to review all our documents, a secure portal to enhance our ability to share past documents with her, extremely professional staff to work with, and the cherry on the top was Katie herself giving us more information than we could have asked for. I cannot recommend her more highly! If you're at the beginning of this process, I urge you to NOT put yourself through the wringer like we did. Thank you, Katie, for allowing us to breathe and lifting a weight off our shoulders!
