We've put off "setting things in order" for a long time. While attending a fair for students with disabilities, I've sat through an eye opening presentation by one of the associate from the firm. We worked with the Clancy team to set up a trust, a special need trust, estate planning, etc. They were professional and informative through the entire process. Highly recommend them, as there is a personal touch to their service.

Clancy & Associates goes above and beyond to educate and help special needs families, like mine and the families I work with! Their firm is very knowledgeable about all the future planning needs of families who have children with special needs. They understand and are able to empathize regarding the challenges faced by special needs families, since attorneys at the firm have family members who require extra support.

Excellent, Supportive, Knowledgeable, Kind, Staff. They are like family now. Have been so wonderful with our son who has Autism. Could not have navigated this legal process without them. We needed a will, special needs Guardianship, and everything was done professionally, and with compassion. Incredible Team!!

I don't know what we would do without the Clancy team. I'm a very organized person and detail oriented but the fact that they do all the thinking for me when it comes to the needs of my son is so assuring. I'm so grateful for all of them. They tell me what I need to think about instead asking me what I want them to do for us. They are the best.

Clancy & Associates were terrific, helping us navigate the complexities of creating a variety of instruments to suit our needs. Both Katie and Kate took the time to go through all the details with patience and kindness, so that we could be completely comfortable with what we were doing. Katie Clancy was invaluable in helping us design a special needs trust, draft our wills, and navigate the SSI process. She spent time to understand our situation and crafted financial tools tailor-made for us. She also educated us on so many aspects of the processes we were embarking on; we didn't even know how little we knew about some of them until we worked with her. She and her staff were professional, understanding, patient, and kind. We are very glad to have found her - very highly recommend!

Clancy and Associates is the place to go to get a Special Trust or any advice for special need child or adult. I wasn’t sure if my son qualified for SSI and they helped us move forward with the process and even suggested people who could help us make it happen. So appreciative of their expertise and support.
