Clear and concise information and direction - thank you!

I knew I needed to create a trust for my son. After attending an informational session with another firm I felt more confused and did not know what to do. Then, I attended an Ability Awareness Fair and heard Jennifer Sabourin speak. She took her time and answered every single question in straightforward terms. I knew I found my law firm. I called Clancy & Associates to create our wills and special needs trust. Katie was extremely kind and pleasant on the phone. Katie Devine Schyne was the lawyer assigned to us. She was down to Earth and easygoing from the start. Before we dove into the legal stuff she wanted to know about my child as a person. Every single person I met in that firm was patent, kind, and understanding of our needs. I have no doubt that I choose the correct people to create my family's estate plan.

The Law Firm of Clancy and Associates assisted us in creating a Will, a special needs Trust, Guardianship, and applying for SSI for our special needs daughter. My husband and I could not wrap our heads around it even while attending special needs seminars to ensure we didn’t miss out on the benefits available for our daughter. We were concerned we were behind in obtaining what was necessary to ensure a secure future for our daughter. Our daughter was also approved for SSI during the initial process without having to appeal. They have been available to provide additional guidance to us as a family throughout the years.
