Mike is the best attorney I’ve ever worked with hands down. He took a messy two year, high conflict divorce and closed it out in 2 months. I worked with a few attorneys before him and they were simply money hungry leeches. But Mike? Top notch human being. He truly saved me. I can’t thank him enough. 27 December 2022 I was in a desperate situation. I was destroyed by burn out at my job for last 7 months, and by confrontational situation inside of my family. And in the middle of 2022 (approximately in July after we moved to new apartments)- my wife told me that she wants a divorce. It did not make me feel better. I am an immigrant and filed for GC through my marriage. I had only temporal GC at that time and another problem that dwelled on me besides others is uncertainty with my usa residence status. So on december 2022 I gathered my will power (or what left of it by that time) and decided to look for attorney that could assist me with consultation about what I have to do and what are my chances in that situation to actually have a positive resolution from USCIS on my temporal GC. I googled for an attorney that could assist with consultation. I found one Russian speaking attorney based of New York who I consulted in year 2018 regarding to another question. Her prices for one hour consultation rocketed up into the sky since my last time talking to her. It was $360 for 40 minutes long consultation over whatsapp videocall. So I had to reject that option because I find it impossibly expensive for me. And that is when I found Khan Nayyar's contact information. So I called and we spoke for about 30 minutes on call while Khan was listening and asking clarification questions. Khan answered my questions and informed me on what I may expect and which actions I should take right now and later if I will be invited to USCIS office for interview. Khan did not take any payment from me, but supported me with kind ward and encouragement and information that I needed. I am very thankful for his actions that day. And today I got my GC approved. So I remembered Khan's kindness and wanted to send him some donation to express my appreciation of his kindness to me on that day, but he just asked me to leave a review. This is the story and I would recommend to contact Khan in case of immigration related questions. :)

Very Clean And great Advice. Before Talking to sir I did talk with a lot of Advocates but it was looking like no one is giving me right advice to what to do n what is right but after talking to Nayyar Sir it looked everything clear for my case as things have been made very clear from Nayyar Sir and He showed me the the right Picture what can happen and what should be done in my circumstances so YES NAYYARSIR IS THE RIGHTCHOICE . I highly recommend Khan Nayyar & Associates for immigration. They represented my wife and I through her entire immigration process. They provide excellent counselling and the level of experience they have with immigration is clear. If you are considering whom to use for immigration representation, I strongly recommend them. My wife was from Iran which I knew would add a lot of complexity to her immigration, however they were successful in getting her through the process as painlessly as possible.
