If I could give more than 5 stars, I would have. Zach and his team - Mercy and Linda - are incredibly professional and their experience shows. They explained every step of both my divorce process and estate planning in detail and left no topic undiscussed or unexplained. The Roscich & Martel team are absolutely top notch!

We were in a unique situation buying our first home while fully remote and on an accelerated closing timeline of 18 days, yet Linda from Roscich & Martel made it more seamless than we could have imagined. She kept us informed and educated throughout our first experience of this process, and was quick to identify inconsistencies that even the sellers' attorneys missed. Highly recommended!

I am unable say enough good things about this firm. I had a rough closing and Nick and Zach were able to navigate my questions and issues effortlessly. Mrs Jackson reneged on the original deal we made prior to trial to negotiate a quick solution. Of course, she did not tell the judge this, which I will. Also, the judge asked her directly if she would handle the Cuadro for her client. She nodded her head and said yes it’s been over five months now and I haven’t seen word one from this which again I will let the judge know.. these to put me through amazing depression, with the beginning of filing a falls, police protection order in which I have witnesses that will flat out, deflate the lies in which I was forced as well as my sons to stay in some hotel around the corner from our house for three months or seven days and seven days of my sons had to come visit their father as they were their father at a friggin best Western hotel but at the same time I still had to go to the house for her seven days to pick up the kids and do all that too as well so you see where this is going . Lastly it into believing that there was paperwork for both of us to sign. For the judge, not knowing this was paperwork that was going to finalize a deal once again, a shyster lawyer.. Mrs. Jackson was rude from the minute I met her. I had no idea who she was until she turned around, looked at me without me, even saying anything to her, and said very vindictive believe that the judge is going to give her her divorce, no matter what which surprise me because I was there for that very reason to get a divorce but this goes to her character. Very snide very rude person. Keep in mind I did not have a lawyer. I was a stay at home. Father and the wife had all the power along with her lawyer I was there by myself and also remember that throughout the kids childhood that it would be their father who spent 85% of the time with them and raise them since they were 1 1/2 and three months old mad and easy job as well as take care of the house, the laundry, and everything else and I had a side business . So let’s see what goes on because going from a $201,000 deal down to a $137,000 deal that’s a big cut too big of a cut and it’s bothering me ever since that day, and I don’t think I’m gonna settle for it anymore so we’re gonna have to see if we can do about this, but all in all lawyers are all shysters who won’t talk to you unless you have at least three to $4000 in your pocket and you have to pay upfront whether or not they do a bad or good job for you. They still get their money shysters by now I’m pretty sure Miss Jackson knows who this is Tuvalu see you soon

I reached out to Roscich & Martel Law Firm for their assistance with closing on my first home and I had a great experience! Zach Martel & Nick Palubiak were quick to respond and had everything submitted/completed on time; and I had actually reached out to them pretty last minute in terms of deadlines on my paperwork so I'm very lucky that they were able to jump in and be so on top it so fast.
