He explained all of the legalese as he helped us figure out the best way to make sure our beneficiaries were well cared for without creating a burden for our executor/trustee. Oh my gosh such a joke. I spoke with marielisa twice deciding if I should hire this lawyer at rosicich and Martel. On the first conversation she gives me her fees right off the bat. She tells me that this case is null and void because the other party is deceased which makes total sense. She said this will be an easy case and all she has to do is write a letter explaining they at the other party is deceased. Sounds great. I did contact other lawyers and they tell me if this contract is not void. So I call her back and she uses great words explaining to me why this is void. So I'm having a tendency to believe her. She saying all it will take is a letter. So then she wants a retainer I think for 4k where every other lawyer ask for 2500. I ask her why so high when all it needs is a letter and she tells me not to worry that I'll get back whatever is not used. After much more conversation it comes out that this might not be as easy as she's making me believe.

Incredible service. So professional and knowledgeable. You really feel like they are on YOUR team! I would recommend to anyone I know to help with their divorce.
