From the start Zach tried to use a boiler plate form that was from an another divorce case and was filled with errors. I spent several hours of my time correcting the document and then got charged for his mistakes. He also charged me differently for an in person visit than a phone call or email correspondence. I had a mediation with him and again there were mistakes in the agreement that I had to correct. He said my divorce would be straight forward and it still cost me a lot with just meeting with him two times. There was one mistake that he omitted in the divorce decree that is now costing me $30k. I have tried to contact his office now three times about this matter and he has not called back. A lawyer is supposed to be consultative and I felt he didn't bring any experience or offer alternatives to my case as it wasn't a big dollar value for his firm.

Roschich and Martel were amazing to work with for the sale of my home. They handled a couple difficult solutions that came up. I highly recommend them.

I read all the good reviews about Zach Martel and how talanted he is, so I worked with him on my home purchase, and everything I read was true! He is very experienced and the way he explains everything made the whole process look very simple! I was also lucky to work with Linda trough the whole process. she is very supportive and proactive, she will not wait for you to ask questions, usually she will be sending you instructions and answers of all questions you might have. I definetely recommend working with Linda and Zach!

Linda and Zack were great to work with! After the initial engagement with Linda, she made sure I understood the process of home buying from a legal standpoint. Linda made sure we were satisfied with all the documentation, and even pointed out items that should potentially be changed in our favor. Zack also personally contacted me to make sure all of my needs were being met throughout the entire process, and he was present at closing to walk my wife and I through all of the paperwork as this was our first home purchase. Zach and Alexandria were super helpful and super efficient. Just needed some help with trust paperwork and transferring house deed to new trust and they were great. Honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

I had an appointment time in wrong and unfortunately missed my appointment. Trying to reschedule for any time in the month of December must be too challenging. After repeated emails without response, I have concluded that they must not need my money.
