Staff are great, outcome was very favorable. Only reason deducting a star, during my initial in-person meeting at their office, someone who was next door to the office I was in, was watching a sporting event with very loud volume on a surround sound (walls were shaking). I thought that was incredibly unprofessional, considering how we were trying to do a call with the adjuster of the other insurance company. Made it difficult to pay attention to the person I was meeting with and I could tell she was embarrassed by the situation, but couldn't do anything about it. I'd still use their services again as the staff did a phenomenal job.

Amazing law firm with friendly staff. They really helped out with our case in a quick manner and were always available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We hired Kaplan's office. He fought tooth and nail for us; he really is a very aggressive attorney, who shows compassion for his clients. Best thing: the result. He was able to get more out of this substandard insurance company than we ever imagined. Rarely do you find someone that works so hard for their clients, and delivers on his promises. Job. Well. Done!!
