I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I filled out the form, and then I receive an email saying that cannot represent me due to them being a "private law firm and VERY selective"....will NOT ever do business with them. Take your matters elsewhere!

Not here to be over bashful but what I have experienced so far is short of pleasant. I genuinely just need help with my car situation but Ms. Brittany gives super condescending and unhelpful vibes. She isn’t being really specific on what I need to get my information to the next step. I have called and emailed and she keeps repeating the same thing after I continue to try to get different things to her. I asked if someone else could help me when I was told basically no. I was happy to use you all because you’re the only firm that responded to my inquiry but I’m feeling discouraged that anything positive will come from this. Just a small reminder that you never know who you are dealing with, everyone deserves to be treated nicely especially if they need your services. I haven’t done anything to be treated like I’m bothering someone to do there’re job. I work with attorneys and clients everyday and feel like this isn’t really something I would normally do but maybe this would change the system. Thanks
