They handled the buyback for my vehicle, and while I was initially hesitant since I live in Florida and they’re based in Chicago, they quickly put my worries to rest. The entire team was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you’re looking for a company to handle something like this, look no further. Never in a million years have I dealt with a law firm so unprofessional and rude. I have a lemon law case that I sent in to Britney for review. From our first line of conversations, she was very dismissive, and unhelpful. I sent my inquiry in September 2024 of all documents of my repair attempts that included dates and times. Mind you she had all this information for at least a month in knowing. After numerous emails back and forth of me resending documents that were already sent. Today November 26, 2024, after waiting for almost to months for an answer, she tells me it’s nothing her firm can do. I ask why didn’t she tell me this back when I initially sent the last document back in October that she needed. Her response was she never got them, but I received a email saying a month ago that all she needed was one more repair attempt that I sent twice. She then switched up her story and said that lemon law requires that you get your vehicle fixed at least 4 times within that warranty period. My car was having issues and had a repair order before the warranty ended. I was told by Toyota that as long as the problem started before the warranty period ended and you made a repair, then it still counts toward the warranty period. She told me “WELL GET TOYOTA TO HANDLE IT”. Well after our conversation I’ll rather let God and someone with a better spirit then you Britney, To handle it. The problem was for a month and a half you had my documents and was unable to read them clearly. If you weren’t able to match a time with a date really is unbecoming. It speaks to your professionalism. A public defender has more passion and drive to know the specifics of a case, to push it through with ambience, and efficiency. Thanks krohns and moss By the way “Amy” was very helpful. Not being sarcastic, but she’s about the only thing good for your company. Because if I talked to Amy first, then maybe I would have had hope from the beginning.

I would highly recommend James of Krohn & Moss for going up against any car manufacturer and winning! The experience was truly professional from start to finish.
