Purchased a new luxury brand vehicle in IL. Experienced trouble with vehicle within 5 days - in shop for over 3 months. Contacted this firm - and within 3 months settled my case, and was provided different options for solution - we CHOSE to settle. All details were straight forward, including pricing and actions and decisions we were responsible for. The BIGGEST PRO I can add here - you feel like you get some power back as a consumer, because dealing with car manufacturer we felt powerless without a solution in sight. Glad its over and don't wish the experience on anyone, but if this happens again - skipping the "hopefully the car manufacturer will do the right thing" and going straight to these guys.

This must have been a joke. I was chatting with someone who I was explaining everything to, and instead of telling me they don't deal with these kind of dealership fraud cases, They asked me if I was available to speak with someone and had them call me. It was an answering service to take a message. While I was waiting for her to get on the line, I got an email saying they don't take these kind of cases. And she was saying she can't refer me to anyone else. Rude people. I already know I can go the better Business bureau route, and file complaints with the state. Someone else pointed out. That's all they do anyway. Is do the stuff that you can do on your own. I'll save my time and just file my stuff myself. I am lucky that they did not even consider taking the case. Seeing as they take 80% of the settlement. That wouldn't do me any good.

These lawyers are very selective and you are not given the information on why they dont take your case like most others. they treat you like you have no clue what "private means". This law office treats the word "private"like a badge of honor. WE know you're not public defenders why attempt to belittle your potential clients. Stay aware from this place I personally believe Krohn & Moss prefers to work easy cases due to skill set . Just my opinion.
