Helped me win a great victory in a case.

After months of unresolved issues with my car, I wanted to take some action and be compensated for everything I had been through. Scott and immediately got me acquainted with his team, the process and the overall all goal of their representation. Throughout the process he was very diligent and personable while handling my case. I had the unfortunate luck of having my 2023 Ford super duty front sensors fail multiple times. No matter how many times I took it to the dealership, including multiple dealerships across the country nobody could solve the issue. I decided to contact Eric Kaczander and he did an amazing job. Ford purchased the truck back and I got a full refund. The communication at this company is 10/10, no matter how many questions I asked, how simple or difficult they were everyone treated me with respect and got back to me quickly. If I could give these people a 10 star review I would they didn’t stop until I was 100% satisfied and we reached a deal we both felt was suitable for what I went through. I can’t thank everyone here enough for all they did for me.

I first did the process of the Lemon Law on my own. You have to go through the Better Business Bureau. It is a fairly simple process. I was toward the end but I thought it was taking long. That was just my inexperience. I now realize it would have just taken another 30 days. I contacted Krohn & Moss (Brent). Brent told me they don't go the route I took and they deal with the legal department and he should have it resolved in 9 days. That sounded great. Well it took 6 months and they did exactly what I did, they went through the Better Business Bureau. They also verbally told me that manufacture pays them but the money comes out of your pocket once the Better Business Bureau settles it. So at the end of the day they extended my settlement time by 4-5 months and took $4000 out of my pocket. The Better Business Bureau makes all the decisions there was no legal negotiation. I called Brent and left him a message to discuss my concerns. He never called me back.
