I never met him in person, but he was extremely professional and handled everything via email and phone communications really well. With John's help we won our case and actually settled for more than we originally thought it would settle for. If you need an outstanding team, these folks are amazing, especially Brandi Schueler and Valerie Kauffman. They helped me with a 4yo nightmare of a car and due to the expertise, professionalism, and tenacity of this team, the manufacturer reimbursed me for the total cost of the car, less mileage, and dings. Their fee was very affordable for all of the work that they did on my behalf. I totally recommend Krohn & Moss, they are amazing lemon law lawyers!

After 3 lawyers saying my lemon law expired, this lawyer took the time to review paperwork free and found a loophole. Chrysler took the car back after 3 years and paid everything off and even had cash down to buy a better car, Both Chrysler and this attorney are awesome. Can't stress enough save every repair record even a oil change record or a car seat cover invoice. it proves your case you took care of auto. You do not pay unless they win and your 100% satisfied with offer. You can not lose with this office. Fee's are very reasonable in fact lower then most I was quoted that said I was expired. Their loss as there was a loophole and these guys took the time to find it and help. I am in Wa State, and took a chance since they were not and it was well worth it! These guys know the laws and if you have a case or not. My advice give them a call, they are easy to chat with and see for yourself.
