Never actually went into their offices but the phone consultations went well. They actually gave me some beneficial advice free of charge. That's pretty uncommon in this day and age especially in relation to legal services. Definitely appreciated it.

Do not use these people for any reason, I felt as though I had been robbed at the end of my experience with Krohn and Moss. I was shorted just over $15,000 of the purchase price of a new truck that only ran for 11 months!

I ran into Mario when I wanted to simply look into a house out of curiosity in Wadsworth. He responded immediately and gave me his info to reach out when I was ready to really dive into a house search which was May 28th. By The next day he had sent me 32 properties within my criteria to look at in which I chose three to view that Sunday. For the record, this is my first time buying a house ever so Mario really had to be extremely involved in the process and he really went 110% in. Of all the players by the end of closing, Mario was hands down the most helpful, responsive and easy to talk to. In other words, he really was the rock in my house buying process... Anyway, I was able to close the third week of June even after all the usual house buying shenanigans Mario guided me through. You should all know that I'm living in my dream house now thanks to Mario!!
