Called today, they are not attentive at all. Mohammad continued to talk without listening or giving advice. I explained that the case is very rare and I needed to discuss further. He wanted me to send some documents over showing proof that I've requested service since I purchased the vehicle, however when I explained that this is a bit different than what he's used to he wished me good luck to find another attorney. Good luck with them!

I never done a review before but I had to do this I never experienced this in my 54 years I brought a brand new 2019 Avalon in Florida as soon as I drove it of the lot I had electrical problems the car was in and out of the shop six times in three months I googled lemon law attorney's and called krohn and moss they gave me attorney Mohamed Somji he was amazing and his staff they kept me informed on every little detail and when I called they called me back immediately needless to say I got all my money back and purchased another car in five weeks that's why I'm writing this don't shop around for an attorney this is the law firm that you want I hope you're reading this Mohamed thank you so much your the best if I could I would give them 100 stars

I had purchased a brand new vehicle and it kept pulling to the right which was clear there was something wrong with it. I had gone to several different dealership locations and dealt with the manufacturer to get it repaired but no one wanted to work with me, stating that there was no issue and that the roads are not even!! The law firm of Krohn & Moss represented me in a case under the Florida Lemon Law. Where many did not see any kind of possibility of winning the case, the attorney Brent Wikgren immediately agreed that I had a good case and I won it. Mr. Crane provided us exact and timely guidance we needed throughout our lawsuit against a company for fraud and breach of contract. We knew very little about the legal process and he patiently explained things that confused us, and made sure that we stayed focused on what was relevant to the case. If we had any questions he was easily available by phone or e-mail. Although most of our interactions were of course based on facts, if we wanted his opinion to help round out our understanding, he would provide that too. He always represented us well and provided timely updates from court hearings.
