Great law firm for Lemon Law cases! Team members were friendly, knowledgeable and very communicative with a breakdown of what they will do in your specific case and what is likely to be expected to happen throughout. They reviewed my case for free, told me what they would do if I use their services and sent me detailed documents on costs and likely timeframe if and when my case settled. Best part is there was NO COST TO ME if I didn’t settle my case! Would absolutely use their services again if needed and highly recommend anyone to contact them for services.

Thank you Attorney Brent Wikgren, Krohn and Moss, for taking me as a client for lemon law arbitration. Attorney Jeremy Kespohl represented me at first and then attorney Bryan Arcila was assigned to me for the actual arbitration. My case was very complicated as there were many variables involved. However, these two lawyers are very skilled and I could not have had better representation. They took my information and worked diligently for me as did their several paralegals …and they were always available. Attorney Arcila had totally prepared me for the arbitration but with his extreme negotiating skills was somehow able to get an excellent resolution right beforehand resulting in the arbitration being postponed. I was very surprised! This sounds easy but it was not. He then used the same negotiating skills to get the resolution ‘exactly’ as he wanted it to be for me. Attorney Arcila’s humour and ‘kind’ heart added a lightness and guidance to my experience. For that, I am even more grateful!!! …a special thank You to attorney Bryan Arcila! I was having a heck of a time with a lemon and dealing with the manufacturer. I reached out to Krohn & Moss and they were as advertised and handled the situation for me. I ended up getting what I wanted from the manufacturer and everything was straight forward. Eric was my attorney and was always quick to respond, answered all the questions I had, and handled everything professionally and effectively. I'm really glad I made the decision to go with this practice and while I hope I don't ever have to do this again, I would not hesitate to use them if I have to!

I contacted Krohn & Moss to discuss some issues I was having with my car. I reached out to them on a Saturday, and to my surprise I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone immediately. They followed up with me on Monday just like they promised they would. Shortly after that I was contacted by Brandi who was going to be my attorney in my case against Nissan. She went right to work and did an excellent job. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made it very easy for me. Brandi handled everything. She kept in contact with me on a weekly basis.
