My family and I feel David Boone is the Best Estate Planning Attorney in the Chicago land area. We strongly recommend him and his staff. I went to an estate planning seminar many years ago and he did our Will and trust. After many years down the road we had to contact him again to find and revise the documents and fix some issues we had. We had no idea what to do or what expect He picked up right were we left off and did not hesitate to help us. He is so kind and honest and truly cared about us and our estate business. His assistant Karin was so very caring as well. She was so thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. They treated as if we were family. From 1-5stars I rate it a 5 ⭐️! First off all! This is my first cased in my whole 25years of life So I was overwhelmed! I didn’t know where to even start from Until my sister read the reviews online just like you are now! (: With My own experience I can say ⬇️⬇️ -the price was way cheaper than other places -they always return my call back -they accept card payment thew phone -joe was there when needed. And he broken it down for me every step! He helped me out threw the whole process Which I’m thankful for! He’s a Very kind person! He even told me if I had any other questions Not based on my case He can try his best to look for some answers! I can always count on him! Joe’ Messineo 🙌

I highly recommend the Kostopoulos Lawyers. If I could give more stars I would. The entire team is great- from the secretary to the Attorneys. I had the pleasure to work with Joe. There were plenty of times that I would call Joe (nights-even weekends) due to my own fears concerning the case- he would always reassure me within legal reasons of course regarding his experience with dealing with cases similar- he never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. I got into some criminal charges jam, never having had this experience before. All I knew was innocent until proven guilty, so I kept my mouth shut and opted for a Lawyer. However I had no idea which lawyer/attorney and who could be trusted and reputable. Cops, Lawyers, Judges, they don’t have good reputations these days. With all the options out there especially for the Chicagoland area, my head was spinning. That was until I came across Kostopoulos law group. I read their reviews and knew I had to give them a call. Gus answered my phone personally on the first try. No answering machine, or automated systems. A real guy, with a real collected attitude and demeanor. I met with him by the next day. He took the time to get to know me as an individual and the matter at hand. Now this May sound a little crazy but I am definitely a superstitious woman, as I consulted with Gus; a hawk almost flew into his office window. I knew right then and there this was the right choice. Hawk=protection in many indigenous cultures. It did take some time before the matter was resolved, most court matters do take time. The point is that IT WAS RESOLVED. Dismissed and soon to be expunged. I worked with the whole Team, but primarily Joe who is a stand up guy! I HIGHLY recommend going with the Kostopoulos Team. They are dedicated and result driven! You won’t be disappointed, they aren’t some weekend warrior newbie lawyers. They know the judges, they know the system and they’ll get you what you need. So wether you’re guilty or innocent (and just in the wrong place at the wrong time) these folks will do right by you!

I do not recommend Kostopoulos! Very unorganized. Especially Joe Messineo, he was great in the beginning after the second time of my boyfriend’s case it kept getting continued because of payment????? Ridiculous! They said they do “payment plans” they do not, they rather have all their money up front other wise your case will not be resolved right away. My boyfriend’s case had to go all the way to trial (it’s May) his first court date was in January…. It was a lot of wasted time and money. There is other lawyers in DuPage County that would of gotten the case dismissed the first time, regardless of payment. Please think before you use their services. DO NOT CONTACT ME ASKING WHAT WE CAN DO BETTER.

Great experience! David Boone and his assistants were wonderful in helping my 82 year old father set up his will & trust. They were very helpful and patient throughout the process. Highly recommend!
