Atty Joe Messineo was awesome regarding my family member's case. From beginning to end he explained the process, forthcoming about options and potential outcomes, kept in constant communication and on top of their game which lead to dismissal of the case. I was referred to the Kostopoulos Law Group from another attorney who didn't practice in the county my case was in. Unfortunately, I have had several DUIs over the years and I was very concerned that I could goto prison on this case. The states attorney originally charged my case a felony in error, Joe was able to explain the error and get the case converted to a misdemeanor. After Joe explained my options we decided to take the case to trial. On the day of trial Joe was fantastic, he made several arguments that the judge agreed with and I was found NOT GUILTY. Not only did I not have to do any jail time but my license wasn't revoked. The Kostopoulos Law Group saved my career and freedom.
