When I hired Pro Legal Care I was at my ropes end with a long on going family legal situation. Zach took great care explaining all components of the matter and brought it to a close in a very short order. I can highly recommend this gentleman and his firm.

I can not thank the Pro Legal Care team enough! It's hard enough going through a divorce as it is but being several states away makes it that more complex. Mr. Townsend & his team were always a phone call away whenever I had questions or concerns. I've never been divorced before so I was not sure what all it entailed. I never knew representation also came with ease of mind and comfort because that's exactly what I got when I hired them.When I came to them about my case I was overly frustrated and felt unheard in court. They were quick to give me advice on what they think should be done before even taking a payment. They were so courteous and polite and I felt at a weight lifted off my shoulders with trusting them with helping me. I never had to worry about what the next step was or if I was just a payment. When I first hired Pro-Legal care, I was ultimately excited. They spoke as if they knew what they talking about, however I quickly learned if you have a high conflict case, this legal team is not as good to defend you. My ex was able to verbally abuse me through emails, and get away with a lot without anything being brought to the courts attention. Attorney Townsend also stated I could represent myself better than he could. In my opinion counsel was inadequate to appropriately speak in court when it actually mattered. We both came to the conclusion for him to withdraw, and once he did I owed less than 2k, which I was actively making payments on. This law office was so quick to file motions and take me to court over money, even though I was paying but failed to properly get anything done in family court. I paid over 20K to this law office for them to provide me absolutely nothing, and for them to also mess up my child support due to them resending motions to my job which caused confusion. If you have a high-conflict case, I would HIGHLY suggest not using this law firm. For minor things that doesn't involve a high-conflict party and where the lawyer doesn't need to go head to head with the other party, and or Judge, hire them. Edit to respond- Actually, No I fully planned on leaving a review once I was completely done with your office, which was today. Please try not to scam anyone else of 20K without doing a proper jobs. You filed motions and nothing ever truly came from the motions due to not having a backbone. So for anyone in a HIGH CONFLICT case, should not choose this office. For minor things, I think you would be great. However, you allow the other party to verbally abuse your "client" amongst other stuff without bringing to the courts attention. Best wishes to you guys as well, and try not to scam anyone else, at least with 20K someone else pays, at least get something completed for them.

Zach and his team were exceptional when working with my traffic case. They were very communicative and let me know what to expect along the way. It is obvious that they care about their clients and the outcomes. I have worked with other legal teams, and Pro Legal Care outshines them all!
