Brian Lohse is a great person and a great attorney. From my very first conversation with him he was honest, ethical and immediately instilled confidence in me. He delivered on everything he promised and successfully guided me through a process from listing to closing in exactly three weeks! I had previously worked with a different attorney trying to sell the same property for more than three months without getting the job done. Once I made the decision to find a new attorney, I found Brian online, read the posted reviews and decided to give him a call. He was the first name on the list I had prepared to talk to. He was the one and only call I made, and decided after our first conversation that he was the attorney I needed. It was one of the best decisions I made this year.

I went through two lawyers before I ended up blessed with Mr. Gauthier as an attorney and needless to say I would have saved myself money, time, stress, and resources if I would have gone to him from the start. The lawyers I had before him tried to spread out the case as long as they could. Michael got straight to the point and got the results I needed and desired quickly and neatly. Mike is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He listened attentively to my needs and came up with very smart, sensible solutions. He did an amazing job negotiating for me while keeping my goals in mind. Although I am sure Mike is very busy, I always felt important as a client to him and he kept the process moving quickly. Run for the hills..........

I found Brian by searching Google and after comparing his rates and reviews with other lawyers, I emailed him to see if he covered the south side of Chicago. His response was nothing but first class service. He provided me with very detailed information about the process (this was my first sale), his rates, and what I needed to do next if I selected him. I knew if he did all this before he got my business, I had nothing to worry about! The entire process was seamless to me despite the challenges he experienced with the buyers agents and the fact that he had to work with me during my wedding planning and honeymoon out of the country! Every thing he said on his website is nothing but the truth, one on one personal 1st class service! In fact, I reached out to him 2 years later to help me close on another home outside of his area but he gladly accepted since we are in a COVID environment and can complete things electronically! I forgot to do a review in 2018 but I would be remiss if I didn’t complete one now! Call him no matter what area you are in! You have everything to lose if you don’t!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I could not be happier with my decision to hire Michael, he represented me in my divorce over the past year. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He always was more then willing to answer any questions I had and was quick about getting back to me. He was great about communicating, there was never a moment that I was unsure of the progress we had made or what the plan was moving forward. Michael's paralegal Katherine was also extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and keeping me up to date with paperwork. While being a top notch lawyer Michael's personality and great sense of humor made a really tough situation which is typically very sad and stressful, much more bearable and almost pleasant.
